Pandeli:
Windmills
Next door to Platanos is the village of Pandeli, which is situated
on the rear side of the hill that is home to the capital of the
island, Agia Marina. Pandeli itself is a small village with narrow
streets, and it shares the horizon with the impressive Byzantine
castle that is clearly the main tourist attraction in the area.
There are a number of good places to eat and there is a range
of accommodation options available.
