Village harbour
On the north coast of Lesvos is the village of Skala Sikamies.
Nearby to Skala Sikamies there is a small church known as Panayia
the Gorgona, which translates into “Virgin Mary the mermaid”.
The church itself stands very close to the sea and is a very scenic.
